Criminal/Traffic Court

Our lawyers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, should you or a family member be arrested.  The involvement of a lawyer can cut jail time, cut bail time, and often result in the dismissal of charges.

Criminal CasesA plan attorney will appear twice on misdemeanor arrests for a fixed fee and will appear on felony arrests for a fixed fee. Free misdemeanor arraignments for Gold Plan participants.   Felony arraignments:  $350 for Standard Plan participants, $250 for Gold Plan.

Traffic violations at a fixed fee for up to two appearances. Free first appearance for Gold Plan participants.

Reasonable rates for ongoing representation will be available thereafter from experienced criminal attorneys accepting Plan referrals.
